Three bags

These bags are rather interesting for me because of hand printed pattern I made.

I am using one bag for two years, similar to the bag in the last picture. I wrote about it here. I don't know why but this post is very popular… Today I finally made one more bag with Baltic symbol and beautiful Tina Givens fabric. For folksy and romantic person :)

Paper cards in my shop

I placed in my shop some paper cards I made with my original rubber stamps using oil emulsion based inks. These cards are perfect for every occasion and every person even man. So you can have them always for special moments, celebrations, gifts, thank you words… they seems to me rather casual...

Hand-colouring

Coloring of the books was one of my favorite activity in the childhood. Can't say it isn't now.

In the book "The Great Naturalists" I have read about hand-coloured botanical books. Coloring was often done by women and children, who could be paid lower wages than man.

Inspired of that I made block printed and hand colored cards.

Inspired by illustrator of childrens books Kastytis Juodikaitis (1932 - 2000)

Then I was little girl I had a lot of books illustrated by Kastytis Juodikaitis. He illustrated about 40 children's books, was very talented graphic artist. Now his illustrations seems to me even more wonderful. 

So I made rubber stamp with these awesome little flowers and tested… Not bad:)
